What to expect

  • Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
  • Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
  • In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel

Terms and conditions

  • Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 45,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
  • Before 90 Days of Travel, an additional deposit of Rs. 30,000 per person needs to be paid to enable visa processing.
  • For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
  • Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
  • Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
  • In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
  • In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 30,000 per person (EX-BLR, BOM, AMD, HYD, MAA, CCU Rs.40,000 per person) plus any Visa Fees Paid (if selected).
  • Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
  • The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
  • Within 15 days – 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
  • Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
  • International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
  • Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
  • It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
  • In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
  • No refunds for unutilized services.
  • Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeing’s as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
  • If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
  • In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.

Today begins with one of Oslo’s most iconic experiences – a tranquil sightseeing cruise on the Oslo Fjord aboard a traditional sailing ship. As you glide along the water, enjoy panoramic views of small islands, picturesque harbors, and the city skyline. This serene journey offers a unique perspective on Norway’s natural beauty and maritime culture. After disembarking, proceed to the Holmenkollen Ski Jump, one of Oslo’s most famous landmarks. Perched on a hilltop, this historic ski jump offers not only insight into Norway’s skiing heritage but also sweeping views over Oslo and the surrounding fjord. Visit the adjacent ski museum, the oldest of its kind in the world, to explore over 4,000 years of skiing history. Begin your Arctic adventure with a morning departure from Rovaniemi as you journey south toward Ranua Wildlife Park, Finland’s northernmost zoo nestled in the heart of Lapland. Upon arrival, gear up with winter clothing provided for comfort in the crisp, snowy surroundings. Embark on a guided walk through the 2.8 km trail of Ranua Zoo, home to around 50 species of Arctic and northern wildlife. As you wander past natural enclosures covered in snow, you'll encounter majestic polar bears, Arctic foxes, lynx, wolves, moose, and owls—each adapted uniquely to thrive in these extreme northern conditions. Later, visit a traditional Husky Farm, where you’ll meet friendly Siberian huskies and enjoy a sled ride through snow-covered forests (season permitting).
