What to expect
- Hotels located within 7 – 10 km from city centers in all major cities
- Room occupancy: max 3 persons per room (3rd person on rollaway or sofa bed)
- Room sizes approx. 190–230 sq. ft (4-star) or 120–180 sq. ft (3-star)

- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
- Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel
Terms and conditions
- Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 45,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
- Before 90 Days of Travel, an additional deposit of Rs. 30,000 per person needs to be paid to enable visa processing.
- For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
- Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
- In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
- In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 30,000 per person (EX-BLR, BOM, AMD, HYD, MAA, CCU Rs.40,000 per person) plus any Visa Fees Paid (if selected).
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
- The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
- Within 15 days – 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
- Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
- International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
- Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
- It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
- In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
- No refunds for unutilized services.
- Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeing’s as mentioned in the itinerary.
- On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
- If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
- In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
- In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.

Today begins with one of Oslo’s most iconic experiences – a tranquil sightseeing cruise on the Oslo Fjord aboard a traditional sailing ship. As you glide along the water, enjoy panoramic views of small islands, picturesque harbors, and the city skyline. This serene journey offers a unique perspective on Norway’s natural beauty and maritime culture.
After disembarking, proceed to the Holmenkollen Ski Jump, one of Oslo’s most famous landmarks. Perched on a hilltop, this historic ski jump offers not only insight into Norway’s skiing heritage but also sweeping views over Oslo and the surrounding fjord. Visit the adjacent ski museum, the oldest of its kind in the world, to explore over 4,000 years of skiing history.
In the afternoon, you may enjoy leisure time or an optional visit to nearby attractions like Vigeland Park or the Munch Museum. Return to your hotel in the evening for dinner and a relaxed night in preparation for your transfer to Stockholm.

After the tour, depart by luxury coach for Stockholm, travelling through beautiful Nordic landscapes dotted with forests, lakes, and quaint villages. En route, enjoy scenic countryside views and hear insightful commentary from your tour manager about the region's history and culture. Lunch will be en route at a charming roadside stop.

Day 4: Stockholm City Tour & Overnight Baltic Cruise To Helsinki
Begin your day with a guided city tour of Stockholm, visiting its most celebrated sights. Wander through Gamla Stan (Old Town) with its cobblestone streets and colorful buildings. Pass by the majestic Royal Palace, home to Sweden’s monarchy, and the Stockholm Cathedral. Stop at City Hall, famous for hosting the Nobel Prize banquet, and admire the views from Fjällgatan lookout point.
Continue to explore Stockholm's stunning waterfront and modern districts, learning about its status as one of the world’s most innovative and livable cities. After some free time for lunch or souvenir shopping, transfer to the port in the evening.
Board your overnight ferry to Helsinki, where you'll enjoy a unique sailing experience across the Baltic Sea. On board, dine at the buffet, relax on deck with live music or entertainment, and take in the archipelago scenery as you cruise past countless small islands.

Day 5: Helsinki Highlights, Porvoo Old Town & Rock Church Visit
Arrive in Helsinki, the capital of Finland, and begin with a guided city tour. Explore Senate Square, with its neoclassical buildings and Helsinki Cathedral. Visit the impressive Rock Church (Temppeliaukio), a modern architectural marvel built directly into granite rock. Continue past the Sibelius Monument and Uspenski Cathedral.
Next, take a short drive to the charming town of Porvoo, one of Finland’s oldest towns. Stroll through its cobbled streets lined with red wooden houses, artisan shops, and quaint cafes. Visit Porvoo Cathedral and the riverside promenade. Enjoy lunch in a local eatery featuring Nordic cuisine.

After breakfast, embark on a high-speed ferry to Tallinn, Estonia’s fairy-tale capital. Upon arrival, take a guided walking tour of the beautifully preserved Tallinn Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit Toompea Castle, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Town Hall Square, and explore narrow medieval lanes filled with history and charm.
Enjoy leisure time to try Estonian delicacies, shop for amber, or sip coffee at a charming café. In the late afternoon, return by ferry to Helsinki. After dinner, proceed to the railway station and board the magical Santa Claus Express, an overnight train to Rovaniemi, crossing the Arctic Circle as you sleep

Day 7: Arctic Wildlife At Ranua Zoo & Northern Lights Chase
Begin your Arctic adventure with a morning departure from Rovaniemi as you journey south toward Ranua Wildlife Park, Finland’s northernmost zoo nestled in the heart of Lapland. Upon arrival, gear up with winter clothing provided for comfort in the crisp, snowy surroundings. Embark on a guided walk through the 2.8 km trail of Ranua Zoo, home to around 50 species of Arctic and northern wildlife. As you wander past natural enclosures covered in snow, you'll encounter majestic polar bears, Arctic foxes, lynx, wolves, moose, and owls—each adapted uniquely to thrive in these extreme northern conditions. Your guide will share fascinating insights into their behaviors, feeding habits, and conservation efforts. After the wildlife walk, enjoy a hearty lunch at the park’s cozy restaurant, featuring local dishes, and browse the souvenir shops, which include a Fazer chocolate outlet—a treat in itself. By afternoon, return to Rovaniemi through the tranquil white forests, arriving in time for some relaxation at your hotel. Day 8: Excursion To Santa Claus Village With Husky Farm & Safari
Begin your day at the Santa Claus Village, a whimsical destination where Christmas lives year-round. Cross the Arctic Circle, visit Santa in his office, and send postcards from Santa’s official post office. Enjoy time to explore souvenir shops and experience the festive spirit.
Later, visit a traditional Husky Farm, where you’ll meet friendly Siberian huskies and enjoy a sled ride through snow-covered forests (season permitting). Learn about the huskies’ training and role in Arctic culture. Capture scenic photos and enjoy hot beverages before returning to your hotel for a farewell dinner.
