Space
All Rooms consist of 1 king size bed, A/c, wardrobe, essentials with private lavatory. Room are spacious with well designed interiors to provide beautiful ambience. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 12 people .Extra mattress are also available on request.
Meals
Kitchen is fully loaded however self cooking is not allowed. Meal packages are available and are mandatory. charges for meals are 1200 for veg and non veg both per head per day
Other things to note
- Security deposit of Rs 10,000 to 20,000 . This is refunded once you check out with no damages to the property
- 100% Amount to be paid 24 hrs prior check in
- Late check out is chargeable
- Photo ID is mandatory
- Housekeeping timings 9 AM to 10:30 PM
- Smoking is permitted in open areas. No smoking in rooms.
- No eating food in the pool
- Maids and drivers are charged INR 500 incase group exceeds 12 ppl
- Incase of damage to the property ,you are levied charges as per actual
- Please use swimwear when entering pool
- Only one set of linens are provided daily
- All consumables are charged extra
- By booking this villa you will be under the Leave & Licence act of the Govt. of Maharashtra State for the days you will be occuping the premises. All claims would be settled only in the Jurisdiction of Raigad.
Cancellation policy
- 50% Advance payment. Balance amount to be paid at the time of check in
- Late check out is chargeable
- No refund on cancellation
