The bungalow also features unique boat shaped pool which is a must for any holiday. Per person food package is charged at Rs 600-800 for veg /non veg meals . 2. Beach Front 5BHK –

Spread across 1 ½ acres of land with almost 100 coconut trees inside the promenade ,stay in this independent beachfront 5 bedroom private bungalow with huge pool near kashid .Located equidistantly from kashid and nandgaon ,this bungalow is a hidden jewel. Comprising of 5 bhk with huge sit-outs the place can easily host 40-50 people at one go .Not to forget click amazing pictures and enjoy pool party alongside the property. The entire property is secured and private. The place comprises of one Big hall, ideal for group chats and get-togethers. 5 Independent rooms both with A/c and Non A/c, each room consists of 1 queen sized beds, wardrobe, private baths with hot water facility, television set alongside fresh linens. Kitchen facility available. Jain / Veg /Non veg meals are all possible at the bungalow on prior request . Meals and without meals package can be made on case to case basis.

3. Wind, Kashid Beach Villa –  

Tucked in nature surrounded by trees and plantation, stay on the beach facing spacious pool villa. situated 2 to 3 km from Kashid beach this villa is ideal for your private get together. There is ample car parking space. This place is good for large groups, family get together or celebrations. The entire property is secured with proper fencing. The villa comprises of a very big hall which includes T.V, dining table, sofa and chairs. There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on ground floor and one bedroom plus 1 bathroom on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with a queen-sized bed. There is a small beer pool on the property. Caretakers are present to look after the guests. Meals can also be ordered from a nearby restaurant. If required, we can help arrange a cook . The guest will have to bear the cost of the groceries and provisions. The fees for the cooking services will be approx Rs 1500 per day.
